Eazy Drive Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• “App” refers to the Eazy Drive mobile application or website, including all associated services.

• “Driver” refers to individuals or businesses registered to provide rides or parcel deliveries via the App.

2. Eligibility

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
• You agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable laws.

3. Account Registration

• To use certain features of the App, you must register and create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

• Eazy Drive connects Users with Drivers for rides and parcel delivery services.
• We act as a facilitator and do not provide transportation or delivery services directly.
• Service availability depends on your location and driver availability.

5. Payment

• All prices are displayed in the App and may include service fees, taxes, and surcharges.
• Payments must be made through the App using available options. Third-party gateways handle transactions.
• Payment disputes must be reported promptly for resolution.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• You may cancel rides or deliveries before they are accepted by a Driver.
• Refunds for disputes (e.g., incomplete services) are subject to review.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal activities.
• Harass or harm other Users or Drivers.
• Interfere with the App’s functionality or security.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Eazy Drive is not liable for indirect damages, including delays or service failures.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States of America.
